Privacy policy
SGR stores the data your shop enters so you can run repairs. We do not sell customer lists.
What we store
Shop accounts, staff users, customers, repair tickets, attachments, workshop receipts and payment records you create. Customers open a ticket only from the signed link the shop sends.
Who processes payments
Subscriptions are sold by Paddle as merchant of record. Paddle collects payment details, issues tax invoices for SGR, and handles VAT. We receive subscription status, not your full card number.
How long we keep it
We keep shop data while the account is active. The owner can export or erase that shop from My shop in the admin panel. A super-admin can do the same for any shop.

To export or erase a shop, sign in and use My shop. There is no separate privacy mailbox on this site.
