Terms of service
By creating an SGR account you agree to these terms. The product is for repair-shop operations.
The service
SGR provides software to manage customers, repair tickets, parts, workshop receipts and a client status portal. Workshop PDFs are internal receipts. They are not certified Portuguese tax invoices (ATCUD/SAFT).
Trial and subscription
New shops get a 30-day trial with no card. After the trial, access to the admin panel requires an active SGR subscription at €69 per month. The signed customer link stays available.
Paddle is the seller
Paddle.com Market Ltd is the merchant of record for SGR subscriptions. Paddle handles checkout, VAT and subscription invoices. Cancelling or updating a card is done through Paddle.
Your data
You are responsible for the customer and repair data you store, and for having a lawful basis to process it. We isolate each shop’s operational records from other shops.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse the service, probe other shops’ data, or use SGR for anything illegal. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
