Appointments
Appointments is the last item under Operations. An appointment is a time on a repair ticket, for the shop you are signed into.
What you book
You choose the ticket, and the customer follows that ticket. The visit is a drop-off, a pickup, or another visit. The state is scheduled, completed, or cancelled. You set the date and time, and an optional note. The same appointments also appear on the ticket itself.
Today on Home and Dashboard
Home counts today’s appointments when you can see them, and that count opens this list. Dashboard counts today’s appointments for the signed-in shop and links here as well.
