Pending tickets
Pending tickets is the first report. It lists repair tickets that are not closed.
The open jobs
Each row shows the ticket number, the customer, the equipment, the brand and model, the fault, who opened it, and the date it was opened. The number opens that ticket. You can filter by equipment. The list is the shop you are signed into.
Home and Dashboard both link their open-ticket counts to this report.
