Statuses
Statuses is under Configuration. These are the labels on a repair ticket’s history. Each shop has its own names.
Rename the label, keep the step
The screen edits the name the shop sees. A new shop starts with ticket opened, in diagnosis, quote sent, approved by the customer, in repair, repaired, and closed. You can rename those words. The app still knows which step is the quote, which step means the customer approved, which step means the device is repaired, and which step means the ticket is closed. Quote sent still requires an amount. The customer link still offers approval only on quote sent, and it still says the device is ready for pickup when the status is repaired.
Deleting a name removes it from the list. Tickets already written with that status keep their history.
