Ticket count
Ticket count is under Reports. It is two breakdowns of the shop’s repair tickets.
By equipment and by fault
One table counts tickets for each equipment name. The other counts tickets for each fault. Both are ordered with the largest count first. The numbers are the shop you are signed into. Empty names appear when a ticket has no equipment or no fault.
