Dashboard is the second item at the top of the sidebar. It is a set of counts for the shop you are signed into, not a chart.
Ten counts for this shop
The row shows open tickets, tickets closed today, tickets opened today, quotes waiting for approval, jobs approved but not yet in repair, devices ready for pickup, tickets open longer than seven days, appointments today, parts with three or fewer in stock, and draft workshop receipts this month.
Open tickets link to Pending tickets. Appointments today link to Appointments. Low stock links to Parts.
The two lists under the counts
Oldest open tickets lists the jobs that have been waiting the longest, with how many days each one has been open. Low-stock parts lists the parts at or under three units. Both lists belong to the signed-in shop. Another shop’s numbers are not mixed in.
