Stores is under Administration, and only the platform administrator sees it. A shop owner does not. They edit their own shop under My shop.
Every shop, from one list
The list shows each shop’s code, name, and how many customers it has. Opening a shop sets its code, name, and notification email, plus the NIF, receipt prefix, VAT rate, and address that print on that shop’s workshop receipts. A new shop’s prefix starts at REC. The receipt is an internal workshop document, not a certified tax invoice.
From a shop row the administrator can download that shop’s customers, tickets, parts, receipts, and attachments, or erase that shop after typing its code. Other shops stay. A second location for a business is a second shop account, not a second site on the same login.
