My shop is under Administration. Only the owner of the signed-in shop sees it. It is the header that prints on a workshop receipt, and the place to export or erase that shop.
Name, notification email, and the receipt header
You can change the shop name and the notification email. That address is where the shop can be told about a ticket when email delivery is switched on. If it is empty, the installation’s global address is used instead, when one is set.
NIF, street, postal code, city, VAT rate, and receipt prefix are printed on the workshop receipt. NIF may be left empty. A new shop starts with the prefix REC, so numbers look like REC-2026-0001. Changing the prefix does not rewrite receipts that already have a number. The receipt remains an internal workshop document. It is not a certified tax invoice.
Export and erase this shop
Export downloads this shop’s customers, tickets, parts, receipts, and attachments. Erase asks you to type the shop code. It removes that shop’s records and signs you out. Other shops are left as they are.
