Users
Users is under Administration. The shop owner, a manager, and the platform administrator see it. A technician does not.
People for this shop
A user has a name, an optional username, an email, a language, and a password. The language is used in the admin panel, in reports, and in emails the app sends when delivery is switched on. You can require a password change at the next sign-in.
A shop owner can assign the owner role or the technician role, and only for their own shop. A technician works tickets and does not see Configuration or Users. The platform administrator can open users in every shop and choose the shop on the form. One shop’s staff list does not show another shop’s people.
