Equipment
Equipment is under Configuration, which is collapsed in the sidebar. Owners and managers see it. A technician picks a type on the ticket and does not see this menu.
A name, for this shop only
Each row is a name, such as the types a new shop starts with: laptop, desktop, phone, tablet, printer, monitor, and game console. You can rename them or add more. The ticket’s equipment field uses this list. Renaming a type here does not change another shop’s list. Ticket count reports how many tickets use each name.
