Repairs list is under Reports. It is the full listing of repair tickets, open and closed.
Every ticket, with its current status
A row shows the ticket number, the customer, the equipment, the fault, the latest status, whether the ticket is closed, and the date it was opened. The number opens the ticket. Filter by the closure flag, or by an opened-from and opened-to date. The rows stay inside the shop you are signed into.
