Closure statuses
Closure statuses is under Configuration. It is the yes-or-no flag for whether a repair ticket is closed. The list is shared by every shop.
The closed flag
A row has a label and a code. A new installation starts with two rows: a no, code 0, and a yes, code 1. The repairs list shows the label. Closures summary counts tickets whose code is 1, grouped by the month they were opened.
You can rename the label. Leave the closed code as 1 if the closures summary should keep counting those tickets. This flag is separate from the status names under Statuses. A ticket can be on the closed status and still needs this flag for the closures report.
