Closures summary
Closures summary is under Reports. It counts tickets marked closed, grouped by month.
Closed tickets and the latest quote
A ticket counts here when its closure flag is the closed value. The row is the month the ticket was opened, the number of those tickets, and the sum of the latest quote recorded on each one. Older quotes on the same ticket are not added again. If you can see more than one shop, the rows are also split by shop code. A shop account sees its own tickets.
